BAR GP7, For some reason, your latest vignette, there, reminds me of a place somewhere in Italy, in a little village. Very nice.

GANDYDANCER, Totally enjoyable for me to read that, sir. I simply have tried to add a little something extra to the joy of the trains whirring along their routes, for guests, as well as for my wife and me to see, too. I discovered early-on that the trains were not enough for me, I wanted memories of places and times from the past as a frame for the many memories evoked by the trains.
I am very glad for your approval.

Great picture, Patrick.
By the way, the father of one of our Forum members worked for the Borden Milk plant in Mt. Vernon, NY that may have been serviced by the New Haven Railroad. I believe the last name of that Forum member is Kasko or Krasco, and he lives in Yonkers, NY.
