If Menard's produced a Gulf and a Sinclair tank car, would you purchase them?

Yes and yes.
Yes, and yes.
While we're at it, I'd also like to see Menard's make some more "scale" cars. There is an overabundance of semi-scale stuff around. Maybe some 20K and 30K tank cars????
Oh yeah, and did I say Yes and Yes yet?

A big "Thank You" to everyone that read this post. Needless to say, I have no idea what Menard's will be making. We all have or ideas and thoughts. I do believe that if Menard's would make these two tank cars, they would sell.
It is great to have a manufacture that participates and listens like Mark/Menard's.

Yes and Yes
I would take afleet of them also if black and single dome
Good Day,
I sure hope Menards will consider a single dome tank car.
In a very short period of time Menards Trains has made a giant mark in the model trains area! My think.............Atlas, MTH and Lionel are really going to need to change the way they market their rolling stock and do business!
Thank you Menards!
Regards,
Swafford
No and no, but yes to AMCDave, and to a similar GATX. No to two, three, six, ten? dome versions.
I know they are catering to the vintage semi-scale market, but I would prefer to see more scale items like their flat cars. A gondola, for example, I think could be an easy start.
As far as tank cars, Gulf and Sinclair, no, but maybe NS or BNSF modern single dome instead of their triple dome current offering.

I agree on scale models. That is why I have suggested reefers that could share chassis with the box car which is scale, very close to a PRR X-29 box car. (Menard's is slightly larger) A nice scale 40 ft Gondola could be engineered to share the box car chassis as well and would not be overly expensive to tool. A scale gondola and 8K single dome tank car and we'd have a lot of possibilities.
