Hello
It has been a long time since my last visit to the forum. Layout has been torn down for almost 2 years now but soon I will start the new one. In the meantime I have been doing my train hobby in a different way, photography. This past weekend I took my son on a trip behind the 1225.

That was a fun trip! Glad the weather held up until we had the train back to owosso. Wish I would have known someone was taking a photo of the crew! I would have done my best to get In it!
There's another opportunity to ride behind Pere Marquette 1225 on June 17th and 18th as 1225 will be running day trips to the Hamburg Family Fun Fest!

My buds and I came down South to Cadillac to catch 1225's arrival. It's been a while since I last saw it there. Too bad that they still don't do the side trip to Yuma - I would have rode that for sure. Nice seeing 1225 again! We also caught it coming through some rural crossings when it was heading into town.
