The outer loop is O-60, then O-48 and O-36. Perhaps can be refined and improved, but here is a start.

Hello Ken,
Would you happen to have the track-list for this design? I did see a break out for a 5x9 variation, but did not find one for the 5x10. I like the O60 on the outer line and want to build this layout.

In my opinion one too many loops. Nix the 36.

Here is what I did with 11ft 2 in x 5ft 9 in, shown on picture of my control panel below.
I love the oval and figure 8, lots of operation action and love your plan.

Using Fastrack O-60 track you're going to need more than 5 feet deep layout frame, probably more like 5-1/2 feet or a little more like 6 feet. I know my O-36 Fastrack needs 40 inches outside to make a 180° turn.
I think that is a very nice layout.
