How do we do that? I don't see an icon that allows it.

Arthur,

Type the word you want to hyperlink.
Highlight the word. Notice the chain link now becomes highlighted.
In the Link Url option, enter the link information.
For the Target option, choose whether you want the hyperlink to open in a new window (recommended) or in the same window.
For the Title option, enter the name of the link (best used if shortening a name or use an acronym, ie, OGR = O Gauge Railroading).

That should do it!
