Antenna vendors?

I'm adding an observation car to complete an NP North Coast Limited train. The train uses PW LIONEL F units and modern era LIONEL passenger cars. I'd like to add antennae to the observation car per this photo of the prototype, but don't know who sells what I need. All advice is welcome.
