Anyone know the manufactures of these two accessories?

The only words I can find is "MADE IN U.S.A." on the base of the short, red floodlight. 

The red floodlight is Marx made pre and post war. The other might be pre war (Chicago) Flyer

The red item, searchlight,was  made by Marx ..and they used that base for a number of accessories.

MARX NO. 410 Search Light. Don

This is a die cast LIONEL light, but I don't know the catalog number.  It says "MADE BY THE LIONEL CORPORATION NEW YORK on one side, and on the other three sides it says CAUTION DRIVE SLOWLY.  Any ideas? Thanks. 

The Lionel item is a repainted 83 or 87. Prewar 1927-42
The yellow-orange mast is an American Flyer 2011 semaphore without the blade. The semaphore blade would have been riveted to the small offset arm near the top. It is prewar circa 1928.

The Lionel accessory was once a #83 traffic beacon or blinker. Reproduction 'divers helmet' are available to restore if you wish.
