Hi GUYZ,
I have a Starlite Diner made by K-line, the older one with parking lot attached. The soundboard went out on it and I looked up Brassuers and they didn't have one listed. Is there anywhere else to try?

I'd give Braussers a call. they might have one even if it's not listed, or know where else to look.
What exactly does the sound board look like? Did they use something like the Lionel RS board with custom chips?
Thanks GUYZ,
The sound board that is on the Lionel site is this but it is stated to be unavailable.
Any chance you can fix the one you have? What exactly happened to it? My first step would be to replace any electrolytic capacitors.
Hi GUNRUNNERJOHN,
What had happened was when I hooked it up and hit the button for it to play I got static. As it played or staticed on I got a burned out smell and looked to see the three pronged reverberator(the thing that is hooked to the upright plastic bars) had burned up. So I figured the board is probably gone. I disconnected the sound and have it with smoke and lights. Any ideas? Thanks,

Are you talking about the black heatsink? That's metal, not plastic, probably aluminum. That's most likely a regulator or output transistor. You might be able to revive this unit by replacing that part. I'd probably also replace the electrolytic cap as well.
Hi JOHN,
It's plastic and is the part in the right side of picture that has 6 ribs above the 010 part number. It is held in place with a screw, it has 3 legs that connects to the board, one of those legs were fried. I don't know if i took this to a radio shack store if they can help me out or not? Would they have these parts?

Not knowing what "these parts" are, I have no idea. The part that is bolted to that heatsink is probably a regulator or power transistor for the output. Hard to say if RS has them.
What are ALL the numbers/letters on the part in question?
