I saw a video on interior detail kits for N and HO scale from a vendor named Roomettes that looked pretty slick. Kits provide full interior images on laser cut cardstock and LED lights for each room that are compatible with Woodland Scenics Just Lights system.  I was wondering if there are any vendors who have done something similar in O scale?

I would check with that company and see if they would be willing to laser cut the parts in O Scale. I have done this in the past and though  you get a lot of "no's", I have gotten some yes's as well.

Go to Etsy - search 1/48 miniatures.  You can spend hours (days...) looking at all the interior details that people are producing and selling.

I would buy Roomettes in a heartbeat if they were offered in O scale.  While I enjoy building structures, most of my interiors are scratchbuilt, which is very time consuming.  So I only add interiors to lighted buildings that have larger windows such as storefronts or this hamburger joint.  It is pretty difficult to see detailed interiors through residential windows.

Norm Charbonneau has been posting videos recently showing his highly detailed 3D printed interiors that he is adding to his buildings.  Roomettes in O scale would provide a nice option for the majority of modelers that do not have Norm's artistic and technical skills.

BTW, the Roomettes video is pretty impressive, especially the library.

EDIT:  Roomettes has one O scale kit TBA.  Hopefully in the future, they will convert their 36 HO kits to O.

The 1/48 furniture is nice but with a dozen or so buildings I'd need to buy a fleet of 1/48 Mayflower moving vans first.  I could see adding a piece or two for more depth to selective rooms that had a printed interior like Roomettes (or what you see in some of the Woodland Scenic buildings). I'll have to rewatch some of the Norm Charbonneau videos. I think he mentioned a software package he uses for flooring and wallpaper. This is a new phase for me, so it's gratifying to know there are solutions and a variety of options. Thanks for the replies and suggestions.

I use freeware Irfanview for images. You can download images of wallpaper, drapes, flooring, everything from the web. Flooring and wallpaper are images. Tablecloth started with one red square and one white square and assembled into an array and sized before printing. Clock, blackboard, and calendar are web images.

Craft stores like Micheals sell printed sheets of paper with all sorts of wallpaper designs and colors. Magazines and catalogs have photos of rooms that can be sized to fit at copy stores. Beads, sequence and other jewelry miniatures can be used creatively for vases and lamps etc.. Even bottle caps, pen parts, other found items can be used creatively. Bending wire is useful and wood coffee and bar-b-q sticks  are great. Have to think outside the box.
