Paul its sure is nice to see the summer car shows starting and I really love the guys that showed up in the Vett's! But man I am sure glad the pizza guy showed up! Not to sure about the veggie pizza, but I and sure someone will eat it! LOL

Shouldn't there be an ad for the Roscoe Diner on the side of that rig?

Great tow truck and great staging with autos in many of the previous posts.   I too love cars and want to integrate them into my layout.   I have a semi-large ARMY TRAIN that I have filled with flatbeds and various MILITARY vehicles and such and have never been able to find a GAMMA GOAT.    I was assigned to one in the 1980's when I was in the army and would love to find one to put on a flatbed.   Seems the only one out there is a kit that is too big on the bay.   I'd love to fine one in that 1/48-1/50 range ALREADY BUILT.   I'm not a very good model builder.  

Here’s a UP White W22 I redone a couple years ago by add the correct decals to make it a UP road tractor and adding a fifth wheel and saddle tanks. Truck is pulled of the road waiting to back in the dock.

Bill's Railway Express truck and driver cover a lot of ground in the region...seems he's at the last stop for the night across from the Greyhound terminal...  The "cabbies" are ready for the 9:00 pm bus from the big city...

Unloading a delivery of clear fir stock for milling into door jams at Morrison Door...the inexperienced forklift driver seems to have forgotten to unstrap the load before lifting the forks...

Looks like they have multiple tow trucks available - and in different colors no less .....

The old pick-up has seen better days...

Old pickup trucks may have seen better days, but they are more lovable than these new fangled ones that are more plush than my car. 😃

Coach Joe, You have to come clean after a statement like that. What do you know about the Roscoe Diner?  I have eaten there countless times. I covered that whole area for Honeywell for 10 years and did the school there. Then started my boiler business and did more work at the school and many other commercial customers in that area. Back in the late seventies, there was still quite a bit of the old NYO&W left. I did spend time touring the old rite-of-way and many of the old buildings and tunnels.

I would guess I've seen more than 5000 of those "World Famous Roscoe Diner" bumper stickers in my life time.

Roscoe is a small town. It was home to a gentlemen named Wilbur Sipple. He organized a small museum there with a caboose and memorabilia from the old railroad. The diner was a new building right in the center of town. I remember the food was always very acceptable there.

😁 You may not be a great model builder, but you sure built a very nice layout.. Beautiful curves and straights...  I think I saw a Ggoat kit on a European web site.. Check out Great Britain model web sites. Their big on American military equipment'..

Djer's "lightly" used sports cars dealership is now open for business...customers were knocking down the doors even before the car lot was striped and the fence installed to keep out the grazing horses from the farm across the way...standing by the front steps, Djer seems to have everything under control as customers browse...

Great autos guys! Ted I try to keep my stuff to around $5-$10! It's not easy, but sometimes you have to splurge!

Paul, you have more dealerships on in or near town I wonder if there is any room for folks to live! They must have to travel quite away to get to town! LOL

Found this truck at a train show.  "Young" is my daughter's married last name.  The house is a model that I made of their house - perfect to scale.
