The Menards Carvana(sp?) tower is IMO one of their best models.
I revised my upper city design to accommodate the tower. I will be adding a spur alongside for autoloaders/carriers to unload from the carrier to a 3D model of the auto loader ramp I made a while back
Originally, I planned on using the ramp at a yard for autoloaders. But I think it will work out nicely at the end of a spur at the CARVANA for autoloaders. All of my autoloaders have car-to-car ramps that I 3D printed.
the lift concept involves laser cutting an interior lift that rotates and goes up and down with a car.
In the actual CARVANA structure, the center lift has arm extensions. The lift moves to each level and the arms extend into each of the four car alcoves lifting one car onto the lift. The lift the rotates so that when it lowers to the ground floor the car can be driven out.
I'm not modeling that; instead, my lift is limited to rotation and moving up and down.
