If money is no object then Pomona brand banana plugs are the best. Besides being made of good spring tempered metal which will never fatigue like the cheap ones do, the wire is very flexible made up of many strands of very fine wire.

That said, simply opening up the three way connector, placing a wire in the side hole, and tightening is your best, lowest resistance connection.

In 45 years of electronics, electrical work I have always preferred a hard, tight connection to eliminate the chance of arcing and resistance buildup and have worked with up to 5000 VDC when I used to build RF amplifiers as a Ham radio operator but now at 65 I am almost blind and hooking something up visually is difficult so I have had to resort to "feel" now that I can't see and I can feel to plug in a banana plug much easier although it's not my chosen way of connection. Getting old and blind is not for "wimps". Thanks for the quick response and since money is not a factor I will go with the plugs you reccomended.
