The LCCA is very kid-friendly, based on my impressions. The TCA is geared more towards the adult collecting end of the hobby (they do need to become more friendly towards the younger hobbyists, IMHO, if they want to attract new members).
Another LCCA vote here. My 7 year old enjoys as well. Recent announcement regarding junior members program becoming "Lionel Kids Club by LCCA". So looks like things are only going to improve for kids.
Looks like the kids have a great time at the convention. We have yet to attend one but maybe one day!
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
