A sincere thank you to everyone for turning around the delivery and shipping everything out the same day.
Everything is now in the hands of UPS and they updated the tracking information in the past hour to officially state "In Transit" with an expected delivery on Christmas Eve (to North Carolina).
Hope you and the entire staff have a less stressful next couple days and wonderful holiday.

I ordered one from them, but have not received any shipping or tracking notification. Hope it went out.
Could anyone tell me how the coal load is moved up and down? And what is the coal load made out of this time, considering its not real coal?
Do I count 56 BBs for one dealer? That is more than twice as many as UP had!

Tom, that is the first 3 skids at that point being broken down.
Joe, everyone that we contacted and got their info from yesterday went out. Today we expect many more to go out and we are expecting 2 more trucks from Lionel. Cab Forwards and ES's plus AF diesels and more starter sets.

Your Big Boy did ship yesterday. I just tracked your package. It is set for delivery on 12/29.
You should have gotten a tracking number via UPS to your email about 5:00pm yesterday. Check your spam folder.

That is some kind of Christmas present, Emile. You must have been a very good boy this year.
Gromet has the day off. We had our Christmas Party last night and we all pigged out! His kids should be waking him up by now. Thanks to my staff for "hammering" it Monday and Tuesday to get over 50 BB's out just on the first day and a ton more with CF's yesterday. Enjoy your trains!
Glad everyone was pleased with our service. I think we were able to get them into our customers faster than most.
