Does anyone know which of the dealers at the Big E show are apt to have Doc O'Brien or Bragdon weathering powders?

I know Harbor Belt Lines carries Pan Pastels.
You might try Crusader Rail Services. They don't sell trains but seem to have a lot of products for modeling.
I have used both products you mentioned. I really liked the Bragdon Powders. I recently bought them from Minuteman Scale Models. They are the ones that aquired the Weaver Scalecoat paint line. They are located in NH. Not sure if they attend the Big E. They do have on line ordering. With their new product line of paint and seeing they are within driving distance of the show. Seems like a good venue to promote it.
I generally attend this show for things just like this. Never trains. This was just never on my list.
