These are truly spectacular locomotives. The article mentioned there is worldwide interest in the auction so I wonder if any of the models will end up stateside?
I asked my friend from England that sent me the link. Here is his respnse:
"It is pronounced ‘Buc-clure’ saying it quickly with the two ‘c-c’ said together like Buc-lure. It is from the Celtic language and said like the anglicised spelling of ‘McClure’. "
