I put up a Polar Express layout at my school each Christmas. I finally got around to cleaning and lubing the 1225 before it goes into storage. I decided to upgrade the cab figures, like I don't have enough train room projects! I think this one turned out pretty cute. It will make a great pic for next year's PE Seek & Find!

Thanks for the compliments. Those are Arttista figures. Yes I painted some of the instruments on the backhead. The colors may not be prototypical. I just used colors I had and that I thought would pop.
They are absolutely perfect!!!!
