Cabooses on my layout. The Frisco cabs were run for me by Atlas O. The Interstate cab is scratch built by me. The Cotton Belt cab is a brass model.

Very nice cabooses, especially the one you built. Just curious, who built the Missouri Pacific Lines caboose? I'm gonna guess it was Atlas O. She looks like she has Atlas O wheels.
When I had my store I contracted with Atlas O to build 150 of the MoPac cabs in two numbers.
This happened several years ago.

Mickey I really like the scratch built interstate caboose with the turn buckles. I have never seen that on any other caboose. Choo Choo Kenny

I came in late on Mickey's special run on the Mopac caboose but I was able to get the second number. Mickey and Atlas did a beautiful job. Pat B.
I really like the Frisco caboose - mostly because I have one just like it. I just slammed some old box car decals on it, never having actually seen a Frisco caboose. Apparently I guessed correctly at what one would look like!
Since I am also a caboose nut, I like that Interstate caboose. Different is good.

I have a bit of a fetish when it comes to cabooses. I don't have a MoPac. I will have to keep an eye out for one.
Kenny the turnbuckles appear on the Soo Line caboose that I used as a guide to build mine.

I wish Atlas O would run these again. I bet they would sell a few, to match the diesels that they have sold along with the Lionel SD-40s. Or if anybody has one like this for sale, I would certainly be interested. Thanks for sharing all the caboose pictures.
