Can anyone identify who made these passenger trucks? - SOLVED

 They look like they could be off a 60 ft. Weaver baggage car.

If by identify you mean by the Commonwealth or PRR designation, that should be easy.  I think you find these beneath about half the PRR heavyweight fleet.

K-line, Weaver, Atlas, Lionel, MTH?

There are no markings on them.

 You will have to excuse the Kadee coupler.

 Weaver B 60 Baggage car. These are the ones Lionel is currently producing. I have a few of these cars. Most have the rollers removed. They looked familiar. The gray and black wiring with the attached rings was the clue.
