Just purchased a 2 year Digital Subscription and I can't get access. It directs me to buying a new subscription. Not sure who to contact with this issue.

Actually Rich and his lovely wife Linda are on their way to visit us so he may not be available. You can always contact me directly as well and if I can't find out how to fix an issue, then I pass it on to my "IT" guy (Rich of course!).
Just got off the phone with Tom after determining that he tried to use the 3D forums immediately after he made his digital subscription purchase. Since the subscription vendor is separate from our forum, it take a little while before the two software programs to communicate with one another ... so just keep that in mind. Generally I tell folks to give it a few hours and then try to access the premium features. Thanks!
Two different API's and Databases... the program runs every hour at XX:05 (5 min 'after' the hour).
