This is a VERY old internet joke, done by some Firefighters in either England or Europe (can't remember which), and has been "going around" for years. Move along folks, as there is NOTHING to see here.

This is definitely a face palm moment. Too bad our little smiley faces don't have one. As a fire fighter myself, I can tell you, that there are those people out there that would do something like that! It's embarrassing at best.
That same photo is in the archives or cyberspace--was on here back in the day by pranksters.
I would like to see Judge Judy laying across the rails, guarding the hoses.
Either way, someone's going to get hosed. 
She says a lot about this county's judicial system. That woman is a disgrace to the bench.
I remember putting coins on toy train tracks as a child...still living the dream at old age.
We tried the spike strips without success. Maybe this will stop those renegade trains.
