Bravo Trucktrain7! Excellent modelling! Just one question.....What prevents the freight from falling into the "water" on the other end should the load shift?
Mike Maurice, if you look carefully at the last pic it shows a real car float. Usually the first 3 cars have the brake wheels tightened and chocked by piece of wood. In this case thin pieces of wood are used if you can zoom in on the last pic of the real car float
Leaving tracks, I will be interested in selling it. Keep in mind it is hand made but I have had many compliments on it and thank you for yours. It is 10"x40" it was based on the cape Charles Va. PRR Car float but I never got around to making the pilot house on top in center. Look up my email in my profile.
