I learned a few things watching it.
Fascinating! It was neat to find out real trains used the isolated rail methods exactly like we do with our O gauge trains. I had no idea the real trains also did that. I find their methods of sensing and control fascinating as well. All very interesting.

And I thought Lionel had invented that technique. What a letdown! 
Seriously, that was a very informative video. I wonder what the intended audience was for NS to justify such a professional production?
