has any one tried to covert a 142 super o switch to remote useing an undertable switch throw
i took the top off one of my switches there is a cam that looks like it could be drilled out to accept the arm from the realy a slot cut out on the underside of the switch would allow access for the connection

IMO I don't think it's worth the trouble. Remote switches are reasonable enough to purchase. The key part is the electrical unit, and if you found one of those, you wouldn't know how well it would work. If you did come across one, why would it have been trashed in the first place?
