Moving a Headlight Location

I was recently watching a Pentrex video covering the NKP 765 "disguised" as a C&O Kanawha on the New River Train in '93, and I thought "how cool would it be to do this on a Railking Berk?" I'm thinking of buying an MTH Railking berkshire (maybe RF&P), repainting it in to C&O colors, and moving the headlight down to where it resides on the real engine. How hard would this be to do? Could I do it myself?
