Hey everyone! It's been a while since I posted about my CNC milled train cars. You know how this hobby goes... life gets busy and boom! It's 6 months later and you haven't done anything! haha

Dennis, Yeah it's solid white maple. I use a 3 axis CNC milling machine! I wouldn't be able to make those shapes with a conventional machine. Lots of arcs and 3D machining. I need to take some better pictures in the next few days but this video shows it pretty well.

It also shows the lifting mechanism which allows greater bed clearance
