Not knowing enough about compatibility of the DCS App with iOS/iPadOS upgrades, I encountered some wonky behavior after upgrading my devices. A number of engines previously active no longer were or were altogether not found. I deleted, then reinstalled the app. A swipe of the screen brought up a number of engines but in reinstalling others required me to use only one TIU channel at a time and, in some cases, just one engine on that channel. I think things have stabilized; I have had instances in the past where one engine just won't "play well" with the others during the "add engine" process so I have to add that engine witout anything else on that channel. Is it possible that the DCS app may not work as well with the iOS upgrades?

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/wi-fi-dcs/id988168329 iOS app store changelog shows version 3.2.1, was released back in Nov 2018, and they added iOS 9 support. I'd imagine it needs recompiled in XCode for iOS 16 (and whatever associated updates are required to support that) if you're experiencing issues (you're not the first to report issues I've seen on iOS 15+).
Many thanks for your reply.
I updated just today to iso 16.2, now I am totally down, no engines are found and can not add any. Everything worked until this up date.
I had all kind of issues with DCS app and iOS from very beginning. You might try purchasing a cheap amazon fire tablet. I got mine for $39, but I'm sure they are more now. I haven't had any problems running the DCS app.
After deleting the app and reinstalling it. I can add engines to it and they function. Have no idea what the malfunction was but glad that cured it.
