Since it is hard to find O scale decals what I want. Wonder if someone can enlarge the decals from HO to O?

Enlarging them is no problem, printing them out is.
You need a printer that will print white, not many out there unless you have the $$$.

I did it at a commercial copying place, using a color laser copier and decal paper. The correct enlargement is 181%. I applied the decals to a letter sized sheet of white plastic. There was no white in the ones that I did. The edges were a little fuzzy in places but OK for what I was doing.
