Did anyone make a real 3D Service Pit for their Round or Engine House? | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I painted the area under the tracks flat black in my round house to look like a service pit. The layout is a 027 Toy train one after all.

Perhaps some of you have installed a real 3D pit, if so let us drool at your real service pit.

But It's hard to tell if it's just an awesome illusion. The first video looks deep enough. The second doesn't.

Thanks for the reply. I agree he has real pits in his round house. They show working in a three rail track service pit would be hard on ones head! There must be an underground way to get into those pits.

Norm has one great layout, probably the best done and most realistic one I have ever seen. The photography is super to with views from the inside of his great model building doors or windows.
