did anyone make outside braced csaboose

That is like getting a side door, combine, or drover out of the Big Two...who don't want to make molds for anything but N5C's and Northeasterns, and letter them for

SP and ATSF, but there is a kit for them that was offered by Bob Peare's Traincraft, in the 700 series, and I've built it. These show up on the net occasioinally.
