I recall those days very well. Some B&O not repainted into Chessie colors yet. Thank you, Brian!

B&O AND C&O streamlined passenger trains are featured in this video. I'm particularly pleased with the opening shot which recreates the Harpers Ferry picture on a vintage C&O timetable I bought on eBay.

The WM chop nosed all of their GP7's and 9's starting in the early 60's with the last one done I believe in 68(?). This was done for better visibility. Almost all of them had a one piece windshield with the exception of #25, a GP9, the first completed and with a two piece. No high nose geeps survived in to the circus scheme.

New Lionel Legacy light Mikado arrived. Very pleased. Runs well on O42 curves, even 031. Was on the fence with this one but glad I bought it. Always loved the B&O "Q" class Mikes.
The Lionel Legacy 4500 will get a trip to the B&O Museum in Baltimore for comparisons and photos with the REAL #4500. I've done the same with my C&O 490 and Chessie/Pere Marquette #11 SW1 switcher

nice one Arnold ! have a Merry Christmas !! Happy Holidays
You too Brian. By the way, my first car, which my father bought me in 1974 for $1,400, was a used sky blue 1967 Mustang convertible. Stupidest thing I ever did was to give it away in 1983 when the transmission went.
WOW Arnold ! what a very nice 1st car !!
doing some train watching !!

Sounds like a nice car Arnold.
I have been wondering when we would see a Silver Mustang Photograph!
I had a blue Mustang at one time, but my first car was a ‘69 Galaxy XL, blue I might add.

The K-Line engine is great! I recall seeing lots of Chessie trains in much younger days!
