Anyone know of an easy to use sketch program that I can use to create a model/sketch of my layout?

If you have a Mac, I suggest “RailModeller”.

SCARM was my go to when I planned my layout very useful tool, and they offer a free trial as well. Its a windows program and covers all the operating systems in the windows family too, I used it on my windows 10 desktop and an XP laptop without hiccups.
