Benjamin leaning on a shovel & taking a short break after shoveling some coal, maybe?

Not on a UP 3900 class Challenger, he wouldn't! No "shoveling" on a locomotive THAT large, i.e. they were stoker fired (when they were coal burning), thus the Fireman "works" in a seated position at the stoker, and exhaust steam injector, controls. A mentally challenging, but not a physically challenging, job, plus pretty dirty.

Very nicely done! Nice shading & highlighting plus some dirt & grime to show the crew hard at work. Most importantly, NO BUG EYES or gloss garments. Excellent!
