My two cents on Joe @ Mario's trains-
He had a sale last month. I called him with an order, for something I thought his sale covered. However, it didn't- the sale was for engines, and I was trying to order an rtr set. He STILL extended the sale price to me, and cut me a break on shipping. I gave him my credit card number, and life was good. He called me back about 30 minutes later, as my card wasn't going through. Seems I was having some banking issues that I was unaware of, (money in wrong accounts, not hacked). Anyhow, he said, "When you get stuff figured out, give me a call back, even if the sale is over, I will still help you out." He then called back a few days later to touch base & make sure all was well. Who does that? That's called customer service. I had some things come up, but when I am ready to order, Joe is the guy I am calling.
