Been pretty hectic the past few months. Finally had a quiet evening a week or so
ago to sit in the garage, enjoy a red colored adult beverage and play with
trains a bit. Some Lionel std gauge, pre war Marx S Flyer, H0 tin & the Russian

set all get a workout.

If I were going to try to sound it out it would be peeoneerskyya, which is a reference to the young pioneers that were found in one form or another in, I believe, all the former east block nations. In Hungary the young pioneers even ran a small train system in Budapest which I still believe exists today. In the mid 80's I actually had the opportunity to ride this system.

All the best,

Great timeing for this post. My trains are coming together since we now have cooler temps and it was easy to go to the garage, and let me with the help of a good friend to put down 4 loops of track, 1 ON30, and the other 3 are O-gauge.

Yesterday we had our children in town helping us celebrate our 41th anniversary.  It was great having my 7 year old grand daughter run trains together.  Trains are good.
