First HO SD70ACU model announced

A hobby shop in Canada (Pacific Western Rail Systems) has “announced” that someone will be making SD70ACU’s in HO scale. They have stated that they will not announce the manufacturer or set price until the official announcement comes. My personal guess would be that these are either Athearn Genesis locomotives or (possibly) Rapido. Rapido has stated that they will do special runs of something if there is demand and someone to pay for tooling.
