Just go to a post, ANY post, and use the “REPORT REPLY” tool to report the post. The report screen includes a place where you can write your message.
You get to that tool by clicking on the little gear at the bottom right of the post. Note that it has to be someone else’s post, not one of your own. You can’t report yourself. Use the tool to report this post. That’s easy!
