Just had our Holiday party today and was surprised to get mastercard gift cards.  Thanks to your sale, I was able to order the remainder of the NS heritage hopper cars I was missing.  If I can't get all of the Heritage Locomotives, at least I can get the hoppers.  Thanks again for your assistance.  

I also wanted to say that it is amazing how real time your site is.  I put four items in my cart.  Before I even checked out 3 of those items showed out of stock after I placed them in my cart.  I really like that.  It means that I can continue to shop for items without worrying about someone else purchasing the last of a limited quantity item while I look around on the site.  

I actually had that exact thing happen to me during black friday shopping online at best buy.  Thought I had a good deal on something.  Looked around to add more items to compliment that deal.  When I went to check out, the site said that the original, good deal item was no longer in stock.  I was not happy and ended up not completing that transaction.

Thanks for letting us know.  Checked your site Monday.  Had only one N&W hopper [SKU: 30-7525].  Needed 4.  So, went somewhere else due to shipping.  Thanks anyway.  Maybe I will have better luck next sale.

I stopped in last weekend and noticed that a few cars ie the NASA crane car that I saw on the web site for 39.99 was actually 59.99 in store ...

Cannot enter "frenzy" tonight around 9PM EST w/o getting "coupon not available" error message.  Worked OK last night, but I didn't complete my transaction then.    Also tried logging in as a registered user, but still no luck. 

Anyone else having this issue tonight?

Why would you have a sale where its a web only sale. I don't think that's a good idea. I think when you have a sale, everybody should get the same price. I don't think its a good idea to make your walk in customers have to mention the sale to get the sale price. It should be automatic.
