Happened to read in the latest issue of O Gauge Railroading Magazine that the Glenn Snyder Display Systems business is for sale.

Can anyone please confirm that that is indeed the case? Also, is anyone stepping up to take over?

I ask because I recently bought a few shelves for my train room, and barely after it was shipped I happened to read the announcement that the business is for sale. It's anyway a top business in our hobby.

Now I'm glad I picked up a ton of extra O-gauge shelves from an estate sale. I absolutely love their stuff.

I get that it's (like many other parts of the hobby) a gradually declining business, but I'm curious to find out if it's for sale because it's not viable the way it is now, or if it's (which I suspect) just a matter of them being ready to move on personally. It would be a shame to have them disappear after all this time.
