I believe this is the location that the site belongs too. However without any more info on that website I can't say for sure. If it is them I can say, I bought a mohawk from there ebay store. The transaction went fine and communcation from them was ok. They have an offsite guy do their ebay stuff and in house people for their website and store sales from what I gathered so there was a little delay and phone tag playing. The engine came on time well packed and exactly as ordered. So no problems there!
Either way, I agree with you that website is very sketchy looking. Having worked on some basic web projects I know that to populate those fields on the contact page correctly its just a couple clicks and typing it out, so its either in progress or just lackadasically done.
Bottom line if this is the shop I have listed I can say that my experience (though it was only one purchase) went fine.
If you want you can look up their ebay store, just google {ebay eletric train depot} without the brackets and the first link is there page. That way you have ebay covering and transactional mishaps should anything go wrong.

I have ordered from Jeff a number of times. The store's main site is http://www.electrictraindepot.com. Clicking on the "contact us" link will get the phone number, but they are only open Saturdays. (Jeff responds to my emails on most other days though.)
Jeff Fowler at the Electric Train Depot is great to work with. He is always prompt in answering any questions or concerns...a fine gentleman who cares about his customers!
I bought a couple of cars from there website a couple months ago and they got here within a week.
Jeff is a great guy and stands by his product. Mr. Fowler is easy to work with, talk to, and treats my family with great respect.
I have nothing but positive things to say about that little train shop by the tracks in Berry town!
