I installed a 4400 into a RMT bang S4 and am still playing with all the settings. So much better than what I could ever do with DCS or TMCC. Can't wait until I figure it all out! This is my test bed locomotive, and I have decided to start the conversion of the layout.
When connected to the current Blunami app, the BlueRailTrains DCC module when coupled with a DCC decoder will allow access and revisions to all CV's embedded in the DCC decoder. When the Blunami app is connected to a Blunami decoder, in addition to the standard access to CV's, there are a number of shortcut icons which provide quick access to a number of the more commonly user programmed CV's. This is a highly user friendly feature.
TMCC didn't have much, but you actually have a lot of control of all those features with the Legacy CAB2 running Legacy locomotives. 
I always find it a challenge stopping my Legacy R27 subway at the correct spot on the platform of my Times Square station with the momentum set at medium. On high it becomes near impossible to stop where I want. All part of the fun! 😁

Legacy has 256 levels of momentum? I thought it still only had 3. Does it also have a choice between independent or train brakes? 128 levels of braking? Full control of dynamic brakes? I'm asking since although I have a 990, I don't have a legacy loco.
