Is there any thing special needed to Lash Up Atlas trains that are TMCC enabled ?

Nope, just do it like you'd do any TMCC locomotive. Operationally, they're just like a Lionel TMCC locomotive.
Consist on the track with power applied. All engines in the forward operation mode, even if positioned backward. With a Cab1 handheld.
Lead engine running forward. TR(train), 2(any number 1 through 9), ## (Engine number), F(forward), Set. A horn should sound.
Follow engine running forward. TR(train), 2(any number 1 through 9), ## (Engine number), R(rear), Set. A horn should sound.
Follow engine running backward. TR(train), 2(any number 1 through 9), ## (Engine number), R(rear), DIR (reverse direction), Set. A horn should sound.
TR2 should control both engines.
Check:
Front head light of the consist on in forward mode, all other head lights off. Rear headlight on in reverse, all other headlights off. Front and Rear couplers of the consist should work when called, all other couplers are disabled.
When breaking the consist. Assign both engines to TR0.
Thank you both - greatly appreciated
