I finally got number board decals put on my SD9,U36C and GP7 (GM50) today, Here is a short video of them.

I found this on Amazon. It's made for inkjet printers. I guess you can print your own and apply it over a clear number board.

I would like to have a thin layer of frosted film that will diffuse the light so the black numbers contrast and the light source is hidden.

The self-adhesive clear film I posted above also comes with a matte finish. I ordered the clear, and I'll see how I like that.
