I finally scored a Pecos River Brass Helium car.
Car is heavy, bottoms my two-pound food scale out HARD. If I understand the stencils correct this car weighed in loaded at 411,000 lbs. That's heavy even by today's standards much less 1942 when it was built. No wonder it had two brake systems on it.

Nice, really nice. I looked into it based on this, and it appears that only 70 were made.
Gee, you'd think a helium car would be lighter. 
Those were nicely done cars. I remember when John, (owner of PRB), got them is. We were all kidding him about them floating away. I wish I had bought one back when he first produced them. Nice find.
