Is anyone familiar with the programming of the Legacy software?

Is anyone familiar with the code/software programming? The question i have is it possible edit the code to swap out and place custom sound effects? For example if i could create custom crew talk wav. Files and load them into the software. Any thoughts?

You cannot customize sounds. It's more of a utility to back up, restore and create modules. Legacy engine sound files cannot be altered.
