Is there a list of canceled engines from the MTH 2015 Vol. 1 Catalog?

Mr. Muffin’s Trains had a recent thread in the 2-rail forum, with an update on the 2-rail SD70ACe & GE Evolution models from MTH 2015 Volume 2 Catalog that included the models that were cancelled like both road numbers for the Florida East Coast GE Evolution, both road numbers for the Florida East Coast SD70M-2, both road numbers for the Montana Rail Link SD70ACe, one of road numbers for the Union Pacific SD70ACe. He also mentioned that both road names of the GE Next-Gen natural gas prototype locomotives might get cancelled if there aren’t enough preorders. I also interpreted his post that the preorder deadline might have been extended. There weren’t any mention of the 2-rail SD45 that you are interested in.
