Yes, there is.
Use: Menu/Sound/Engine Sounds to turn down (or off altogether) the engine sounds.
Use: Menu/Sound/Accent Sounds to turn up the Cab Chatter sounds.

with my MU's sitting i hit the doppler button which mutes all engines and allows cab chatter vs eng sound which sometimes scatters my settings. running rev L 4.2
