Issue with Atlas-0 Turntable

I have an Atlas-0 turntable that has worked great for 5 years. Undertook a big modification to the layout and had to remove the turntable last year.

After reinstalling it I am not getting power to the turntable track. Put a meter across the the 2 circular contact strips on the turntable base and it is getting power. It is just not getting up to the track on either common track. There are 2 pins that protrude down from the top of the turntable and touch the circular power strips on the base. It seems like they are not making contact.

Anybody ever experience something like that with the Atlas turntable?
