Just talked to a lady in the "order dept." Had emailed them yesterday and got a quick reply. Was checking on some N&W hopper cars. The web site had none in stock. She checked and had in warehouse. She went ahead and took order. Was the nicest lady on the phone. Price was great too. She even asked about our "snow event". Will use them more often. Always good to do business with very polite people.

I've had great experiences with them. Always extremely friendly and helpful.
I had never ordered from them till I found some Scale PE Cars I was looking for this past Holiday Season. Everyone there is very polite, pleasant to speak with, and all around helpful. The ordering process went smooth and quick. I will definitely be doing more business with Just Trains of Delaware in the future.
