K-Line did not make the lounge car for the Superliner. Maury Klein never had plans to make that car. The closest you will find in 21" is the Golden Gate Depot El Capitan lounge car. Up until the 90's it wasn't uncommon to have a El Cap lounge in an otherwise all Superliner train.

Honestly if you could find the MTH or Lionel 18" sightseer car you will be ok. The 18" car is not a real big distraction in between 20" cars.
As another person said, K-Line never made a Superliner II Sightseer Lounge. You can prototypically replace it with a second diner (has happened more than a few times during equipment shortages). If you want to model the Coast Starlight, you can also get a High-Level Lounge from GGD which accurately models the Pacific Parlour car once repainted.
